FAQ

Are Wallniture shelves real wood?

Yes!

Paulownia wood is known for being:

• Lightweight

• Durable

• Warp-resistant

• Ideal for floating shelf designs

All Wallniture shelves are designed and assembled in the USA.

Why does my shelf look different in color or grain than the photos?

Our shelves are made from real solid wood, which naturally features:

• Color variation

• Grain differences

• Unique patterns

These are normal characteristics, not defects. Unlike MDF or laminate, no two solid wood pieces are identical.

My tracking number says “Label Created” but there is no movement. Has my order shipped?

“Label Created” means your shipping label has been generated and your order is prepared for carrier pickup. Tracking updates typically appear once the package is scanned by the carrier.

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period:

• The carrier may not have completed the first scan yet

• Pickup may be scheduled but pending

• Weather, routing, or operational delays may apply

If the status remains unchanged, please contact our support team so we can investigate directly with the carrier.

I received the wrong item or wrong size. What should I do?

We’re sorry for the mix-up. Please contact us and include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the item received

• Photos of the packaging (if available)

This allows us to quickly verify the issue and arrange:

• Replacement

• Refund

• Return label (if required)

My item arrived damaged. Can I return it?

Please send us:
• Clear photos of the damage

• Photos of the box and packaging

These help us:

• File carrier claims when applicable

• Improve packaging

• Speed up your resolution

We’ll then assist with a refund or replacement based on your preference.

How much weight can Wallniture shelves hold?

Weight capacity depends on:

• Shelf size

• Bracket system

• Wall type (drywall, stud, concrete, etc.)

• Installation quality

Proper installation into studs or solid surfaces significantly increases load capacity.

For safety, always distribute weight evenly and avoid sudden impact loads.

Are Wallniture shelves easy to install?

Yes. Wallniture shelves are designed for quick and straightforward installation.

Each shelf includes:

• Mounting hardware

• Step-by-step instructions

We also try to include video instructions for most of our products. Check out our YouTube channel or find attached videos on our listings.

My shelf looks warped or is not level. Is it defective?

Not always. Shelf alignment issues are commonly caused by:

• Wall unevenness

• Bracket orientation

• Mounting technique

• Stud placement or anchors

Before assuming a defect, we may ask for:

• Photos of the installation

• Bracket positioning

• Wall condition

Many concerns are resolved through small installation adjustments.

My shelf feels unstable. Could the brackets be faulty?

In most cases, instability is related to installation rather than hardware failure.

Potential causes:

• Bracket mounted upside down

• Incorrect screw placement

• Loose anchors

• Uneven wall surface

We may request photos to diagnose the issue. If a hardware problem is confirmed, we will gladly send replacement components.

Can I drill, cut, or route the shelf (for LED strips, wiring, etc.)?

Modifications are possible but should be done carefully.

Important considerations:

• Internal structure may vary by model

• Improper cutting may damage the finish

• Modifications may void warranty

If you’re planning alterations, contact us first so we can advise based on your specific shelf design.
