30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Please contact our customer service team before returning your item so we can provide return instructions and ensure your return is processed correctly.

Returned items must be unused, unassembled, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, parts, and hardware.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or shipped in error by us.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Returns received after 30 days from delivery are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
