30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms below.

Please contact our customer service team before returning your item so we can provide return instructions and ensure your return is processed correctly.

Returned items must be unused, unassembled, in their original condition, and include all original packaging, parts, and hardware.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or shipped in error by us.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Returns received after 30 days from delivery are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

Real Solid Wood – Natural Variation

Our shelves are crafted from real, solid wood, not MDF, particle board, or printed laminate. Because real wood is a natural material, slight variations in grain pattern, texture, color tone, and stain absorption may occur from board to board.

We carefully select and finish our boards to maintain a consistent overall appearance; however, some natural variation between individual shelves, and from the product photos shown on our website, should be expected. These variations are part of the unique character and beauty of genuine solid wood, and are not considered defects.

Returns Due to Color or Natural Wood Variation

If you choose to return your shelves due to a preference regarding color, stain appearance, grain pattern, or natural variation between boards, we are happy to accept the return in accordance with our return policy above. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
