Why does my shelf look different in color or grain than the photos?

Our shelves are made from real solid wood, which naturally features:

• Grain differences

These are normal characteristics, not defects. Unlike MDF or laminate, no two solid wood pieces are identical.
My tracking number says “Label Created” but there is no movement. Has my order shipped?

“Label Created” means your shipping label has been generated and your order is prepared for carrier pickup. Tracking updates typically appear once the package is scanned by the carrier.

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period:

• The carrier may not have completed the first scan yet

• Pickup may be scheduled but pending

• Weather, routing, or operational delays may apply

If the status remains unchanged, please contact our support team so we can investigate directly with the carrier.
